Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, our return policy is designed to reflect the nature of print-on-demand production.

Please read the following carefully.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost and offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem


2. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once the correct address has been confirmed.


3. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If reshipment is not requested, the order may be handled according to our internal policy without refund.


4. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse / Size Exchanges

Since all products are made to order:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • We do not offer free size exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

If you wish to offer your customers a size exchange, a new order must be placed at your expense.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.


5. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items;

  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

As our products are made to order and/or personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply.


6. How to Submit a Claim

If there is any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Supporting photos

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
